Mail Box

The Mail Box service provides you with an address to use for your business correspondence. Perhaps you want an office in another city, are outside the Czech Republic and need a Czech mailing address or just work from home and want a more respected business address for corresponding with clients and suppliers.

When mail is received our staff will notify you by email, SMS or telephone call. We will then process it for delivery according to your instructions. The following delivery options are available:

Electronic
We will scan and create a PDF file for each piece of mail received which you can access securely online or we can send it to you via email.

Forwarding
We can forward your mail at a frequency you choose by post or courier.

Collect
You can collect your mail in person at our office. We can also forward your mail to another of our offices for your collection.
