» Business License Applications

If your company will be actively trading or performing any activity other than owning immovable real estate it will need a business license for each activity.

As part of our company incorporation service we will determine the required business licenses for your planned activities. Some licenses have restrictions or require a responsible person with certain qualifications.

Our business license application service includes preparing the application and submission with the relevant trade license office.

» VAT Registration

Any Czech company that reaches a turnover of above CZK1,000,000 is required to register for VAT. Other firms can optionally register for VAT if they wish.

» Criminal Record Checks

In order to become an executive or member of a board of a company a criminal record check needs to be submitted to the Commercial Register.
